2. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding, including business details, access to advertising platforms, and payment information.

You are solely responsible for all ad spend costs, including those billed directly by Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or any third-party platform. VolcanoLeads.ai does not manage or collect these funds.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or overspend caused by third-party platforms.

3. Disclaimer for Ad Performance

Results are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.

Ad performance may vary due to market conditions, platform policies, algorithm changes, creative performance, audience behavior, or other factors outside of our control.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
